All items and deliveries are tracked and insured, and a tracking code will be provided at the time of dispatch.
For deliveries within Italy: approximately 1-4 working days.
For deliveries to other regions: approximately 5-7 working days.Due to Covid-19 health emergency some of the other countries will take 10 to 25 days to ship.
You will be asked to select your preferred shipping method as part of the order process. We will inform you of the shipping costs for your selected shipping method in the order summary displayed on the Site before you confirm your order. This amount will be charged to you in addition to the price of the products ordered.
Shipping is free in Italy only. For the rest of the world, free shipping on orders over €79.
We aim to ship all orders in the shortest possible time. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a reference only and run from the date of shipment; we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination and/or unforeseen delays (such as strikes, customs procedures, etc.).
Please also note that:
- Orders may require a signature upon receipt;
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure that there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address;
- The courier does not deliver to PO boxes;
- If the courier does not find anyone at the specified address, they will try to deliver the parcel twice more, leaving a note with instructions on each occasion.
Couriers deliver from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Couriers do not deliver on public holidays. You can track and check the current status of your shipment by logging into your account and visiting the order section.
Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout. In the event that you need to return an item that you purchased during a free shipping promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping costs (as it was free).
Any non-delivery or delayed delivery, which exceeds the delivery time stated in your order, must be reported to our Customer Service Department by email as soon as possible. No claims notified to us later than 21 calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order will be taken into account.
Every article purchased in the BQV by Beatrice Bevilacqua Online Store can be free returned, except made-to-order items.
If you have purchased made-to-order products, we offer the possibility to return it and to change any imperfection.
If the products you purchased do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them you may return them for exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date.
If you exercise your right to return the products, we may refuse to accept products that are damaged, without the tag or which have been altered in their main characteristics or quality. Please make sure that the products are returned new, unused, with the original labels and inside the original packaging as returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will not be refunded. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out in this policy. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
After receiving your return, we will check if the quality of the products returned meets our policy and, if it does, we will proceed with the refund.
The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If the item has been damaged during the transport:
In this case we require proof of a photo and send it as soon as possible to our customer service: customerservicebqv@gmail.com. In this case, we will proceed with the refund.
Returning a product is free as long as you return the products to us via our carrier by using our system of pre-paid return labels.
To arrange your free return, simply follow these steps:
Contact our customer service via email at customerservicebqv@gmail.com providing your order number and information on the product you would like to return;
Download and print your pre-paid return label and attach it to the outside of the box and remove any original shipping label;
Book your free collection online at POSTE ITALIANE (S.P.A.) or over the phone contacting POSTE ITALIANE customer service. Alternatively, you can drop your package at your nearest point.

If you do not wish to use the pre-paid label service, you can return your package at your charge (shipping expenses for the return in this case will not be refunded). In this case, you will have to pay for the cost of return shipping and you will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.
At present, we do not offer an exchange service. Please return the items back to us and place a new order for the correct item online.
